HA401 : Evaluation of the components of acceptance of digital technologies by customers in the banking industry (a case study of Shahr Bank)

Abstarct: The ever-increasing growth of information technology has had a very important impact on people's lives and the functioning of organizations in various countries. The banking industry has not been an exception to this rule in recent years and the banks of our country have taken progressive steps to achieve electronic banking services in the banking industry. Therefore, the current research tries to examine the priorities of customers in using this type of service, as well as the preferences and things that can be effective in their decision making. In this research, the evaluation of the components of the acceptance of digital technologies by the customers of Shahr Bank is evaluated. This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose and a descxriptive-survey research in terms of its method. This method is usually used for research in which the research includes both qualitative and quantitative data. This research is done in two stages. In the first stage, the general factors of acceptance of digital technologies are identified and these factors are localized for Bank Shahr. This stage of the research is done with the Delphi method. In the second step, the relationships between these factors are evaluated and analyzed using the opinions of experts baxsed on Dimtel's approach. The results of the research show that the needs and benefits of customers are two important components in customers' willingness to use electronic banking services. Also, the factors of time risk, time saving and four factors of existing knowledge, service announcement, sufficient knowledge, and financial risk of customers show the greatest effect on customers' favor for electronic banking services.
